Kimberly Harris is a social impact executive, strategist, coach, and founder of Harris Coaching & Consulting, with more than 20 years of experience across government, health care, philanthropy, and community development. She created Your Next Yes to help women think honestly, connect meaningfully, and move forward with greater clarity. An ICF-certified coach, Kimberly holds a B.A. in Psychology from Morgan State University and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University. She is also a Washington Business Journal Diversity in Business and Women We Admire honoree.
