For more than two decades, I have led work where people, systems, and strategy meet. Across healthcare, government, philanthropy, and community impact, each role has required the same core strengths: navigating complexity, aligning diverse interests, and building the structures needed to turn ambitious goals into measurable results.

That work is grounded in both strategy and an understanding of people. Training in psychology and counseling psychology taught me to listen beyond what is being said and understand how behavior, motivation, and context influence decisions. Executive leadership added another discipline: making difficult decisions, managing competing priorities, building partnerships, and carrying strategy through execution.

Faith, family, and lived experience have shaped how I lead just as deeply as professional experience. Along the way, I have navigated change, disappointment, grief, growth, and seasons of uncertainty. Those experiences reinforced a belief that effective leadership requires more than expertise. It requires self-awareness, discernment, courage, and the discipline to act.

I created Harris Coaching & Consulting to bring together the full range of disciplines and experiences that have defined my career: strategy, leadership, psychology, coaching, faith, and lived experience. Through consulting, coaching, speaking, and MOVE, I help leaders, organizations, and individuals think clearly, make sound decisions, and follow through with intention.
